What data we process

When you book or buy a gift voucher: your name, phone number, email, booking details (activity, day, time, number of jet skis or people) and payment details. Your card details are handled directly by the payment provider: we never see or store them.

On the day of the activity we ask for ID for all participants, as required by the activity conditions.

When you call or message us: the details you give us so we can answer.

What we use it for

To manage your booking or gift voucher: confirming it, taking payment, sending reminders and telling you about changes (for example, due to bad weather).

To answer your questions.

To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting.

We do not use your data to send you marketing without your consent, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract when you book or buy; compliance with legal obligations for invoicing and accounting; and our legitimate interest in answering your questions.

How long we keep it

For as long as our relationship lasts and then for the period required by law (for example, six years for accounting and tax records). After that, we delete it.

Who else sees it

Only the providers we need to deliver the service, who process data on our behalf: website and booking system hosting (servers in the European Union), the payment provider and the email and messaging service.

Public authorities, when required by law.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that service belongs to Meta and is governed by its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to contactojetskimataro@gmail.com or C/ Virgen de Montserrat, 28, 08348 Cabrils (Barcelona), stating your request.

If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

Children under 14 may not give us their data: bookings must be made by an adult.
